The first step to happiness is believing that you The first step to happiness is believing that you can have it.  No more prerequisites for happiness, joy, peace, abundance. It’s all built into the journey. In the presence of hardness and difficultly, you still have access to feel good. You still are worthy to feel your best even while experiencing your worst.
Will you recognize it? Will you recognize it?
Seek the small things and the big things will find Seek the small things and the big things will find you. Wasn’t expecting to write that today or at all as I’ve been processing a lot lately but this thought brings a measure of peace with it.

It’s a race I don’t have to run. Fear is not my responsibility. How would the silence of negative words improve your day?  What issues would it force you to address?
